EMDR & Trauma Intensives
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy is a widely used and evidence based treatment for PTSD and other trauma related issues.
EMDR can be delivered in an Intensive Therapy format, which can last between a few hours and several days, and is often associated with faster results.
EMDR & Trauma Intensives are provided either in person or via telehealth to individuals in 40+ states!
EMDR and Trauma Intensive Therapy can be especially useful for those who:

How is an EMDR and Trauma Intensive Structured?
1) Request a free initial phone or video consultation
2) Complete Initial Paperwork through Secure Patient Portal
3) Engage in Pre-Intensive Session (60-90 minutes)
4) Engage in EMDR & Trauma Intensive Sessions

4) Engage Post Intensive Follow Up Session (30-60 minutes)
What are the fees?
At this time, insurance does not normally cover EMDR & Trauma Intensives. Your insurance plan may cover certain components, such as the initial and final sessions, and it is important to ask your insurance provider whether psychotherapy is covered; what type specifically is covered; and how many sessions are covered per day and per week.
Out of pocket fees are $240 for the pre-intensive session; $700 per half day of the EMDR & Trauma Intensive; and $200 for the follow up session.
A Good Faith Estimate that outlines your expected costs will be provided to you in advance of the EMDR & Trauma Intensive.
A 50% down payment is required to schedule.
